Franklin Mock

Franklin Mock is a 1996 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a 1999 graduate of Wake Forest Law School.  He has been licensed to practice in North Carolina and the Western District Federal Courts since 1999.  Franklin is a dual-certified mediator in Family Financial/District Court Family Law Mediations since 2012 and a Civil Superior Court Mediator since 2014. He obtained a Collaborative Family Law Certification in 2021.  Franklin is a member of the Charlotte Collaborative Divorce Professionals.

 

For over twenty years, Franklin was a law partner in Whitfield and Mock, PLLC, in Mooresville. He has been a board member and past chair of the Health Reach Community Clinic since 2012 and a member and past President of the Iredell County Bar Association.

 

Franklin is an avid hiker and camper, passionate about nature and the outdoors. He organizes and leads an annual camping trip for brave, local attorneys. You can also find him fly fishing, playing golf, or disc golfing with his sons. He is also a huge sports fan, particularly of UNC, Charlotte FC, and the Carolina Panthers. When not playing or watching sports, he smokes his famous BBQ, inspired by his hometown, Lexington, NC.

 

Franklin has been married since 1997 to Laura, and they share two boys, Samuel and Benjamin.
