Mediation Services

As a Certified Family Law Mediator, Franklin Mock has mediated over 500 family law cases for parents and divorcing couples.  Franklin is also a certified superior court mediator.  He offers mediation services to unrepresented individuals, assisting them in resolving their differences related to family law and child custody. He also works on many cases with legal representatives, both in and out of court settings. Utilizing his strong listening skills, Franklin introduces creative options and solutions to facilitate settlements. Particularly in child custody cases, a successful mediation agreement is one of the best gifts parents can provide for their children.

Email or call paralegal Dania Shea at Mock Law, and she can provide you with multiple dates for a half- or full-day mediation at Franklin Mock's law office or another agreed-upon location.  Mock Law has two large conference rooms to host parties during a mediation. As usual, Franklin will provide lunch at his cost from a local restaurant for full-day mediations. ​
